Why do we work, hard work for hard work sake
We have the technology to help fix the problems
That’s given to us by our capitalist society
Why should we humans slave our lives way
Working as some kind of sense of morality
Hard work just for hard work sake
Isn’t there a better way to be
Save the work for the machines
And leave us to creativity
Is this the best use of our time
What is the point of technology
Are we spinning in circles
Are we really getting anywhere?
shouldn’t technology make life easier
not just products to fill the void

we get smart phones and breed machine people
is this the type of future we want for our community and people
what kind of future do we want is there only one way to be
is it a crime to want to work less and enjoy what’s left of our days
don’t rob us of our future, why can it be
we need something to prove
that we are not machines?
